What is the Senior Warden’s role in the lodge?

The Senior Warden is the second in command within the Lodge Officers. Think of his role like that of a Senior Vice-President of any other organization.

He is to carry out the Master’s duties if he is unavailable or unable to do so.

It is his duty to support the Worshipful Master and to prepare himself for that office during the following year.
