  • Freemasonry is not a religion and does not promote any specific faith or doctrine. It is a fraternal organization that encourages moral living, personal growth, and respect for all spiritual beliefs. Members are free to follow their own religious paths and are never asked to change or compromise their convictions. While belief in a Supreme Being is required, Freemasonry remains neutral on theological matters.

  • No, you do not need to be a Christian to join a Freemason lodge. The only spiritual beliefs that are necessary are belief in a Supreme Being. Your personal spiritual beliefs will not be challenged, and we welcome members of any faith to join. We often use the term “Supreme Architect of the Universe” for this reason.
