Support our mission by making a donation.

Why give?

Donations fund charity events and our lodge’s charitable giving to benefit our local area

Contributions help make the benefits of personal and community development through Masonry available to as many people as possible

If you are a Mason it is an opportunity to give back to the fraternity to see it's continued development.

Donations ensure the lodge’s building remains safe, up to code, and available for all who seek to join

If you know a Mason it is an opportunity to give back the fraternity that has been important in your loved one's life.

Masonry provides an avenue for self-development and, in turn, community development, that is not often available in today’s world. We are the world’s oldest fraternity, and our morals and ideals have stood the test of time. Local lodges are where the real effects of Masonry can be felt best and what better way to ensure the lasting operation of local lodges than to contribute directly to their missions.

 FAQs

  • There are a lot of avenues for donated funds, but when making a donation you can choose where you would like the money to be allocated. Funds can be directed towards our General Fund which will cover general operational costs and lodge expenses with the excess being divided into our Building Fund and Charity Fund, the Building Fund which will be set aside for any lodge building upkeep or improvements, and the Charity Fund which will go out as a charitable donation to one of the charities we are supporting that year or another local charitable cause.

  • Our individual members do not make any money from any donations. All donations are held directly by the lodge and either used for operational costs, building upkeep, or charitable giving back into the community in which we operate.

  • There is no minimum or maximum. The amounts listed are for your convenience but any amount is greatly appreciated.

  • No. We are chartered by the Grand Lodge of South Carolina, AFM and as such, we operate as a 501(c)(10) organization. We are recognized as a domestic fraternal society dedicated to the principles of brotherhood, charity, and community service.
